
About the Role
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and verify financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
• Assist in tax filings, GST/TDS calculations, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support in bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate with auditors and support the internal/external audit process.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting as required.
• Handle any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/CS Inter/ICWA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
Good understanding of MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and numerical accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to handle financial data confidentially.
